We’re a top ten employer for the third year running

23 September 2025
  • We’re proud to announce that we have retained our place as a top ten employer in the Working Families Benchmark!

The Top Employers for Working Families Benchmark was established by Working Families in 2010. It is UK-wide and open to all Working Families’ employer members.

We were assessed on our integration of organisational strategy and culture, our policies, our consistent practice, as well as on evidence and statistics. Working Families looked at our family friendly policies and practices which support our parents and carers.

This year’s Top Ten Employers for Working Families – in alphabetical order – are:

    • Audit Wales
    • DAC Beachcroft
    • Grant Thornton
    • Hill Dickinson LLP
    • Imperial College London
    • Independent Living Fund Scotland
    • Mishcon de Reya
    • NELFT
