Apprenticeship Week Wales 2026: building skills for the future

09 February 2026
  • This year‘s Apprenticeship Week Wales will take place from 9-15 February 2026.

The aim of the week is to bring together learners, organisations and training providers in a nationwide celebration of the value of apprenticeships. Apprentices bring benefits to both organisations and the individual. We’re looking forward to taking part and highlighting how our apprenticeships help us gain fresh new perspectives and build diverse skills for the future. Our apprentices will also be showcasing how they’re gaining valuable skills and learning on the job, whilst also studying for their qualifications.

We’re very passionate about providing an apprenticeship scheme at Audit Wales. Not only do we want to invest in the finance skills in our organisation but also invest in the finance skills for the public sector in Wales. Our current apprentices make a great contribution to our work, and we’re excited to be celebrating them. Executive Director for Audit Delivery, Ann-Marie Harkin
