We did this assessment as part of the 2020-21 Audit Plan to review Conwy County Borough Council’s arrangements for working with the third sector in the delivery of services.
The Council does not always work in line with its stated vision for third sector and does not know if all contracts are delivering value for money; however, the Council has an opportunity to develop its vision for future work with the third sector by building on positive experiences gained during the pandemic
