We’re excited to be celebrating Apprenticeship Week here at Audit Wales.
This annual campaign looks to promote the diverse range of apprenticeships available and how they’re a great career choice. This year’s week-long celebrations take place on 5 February – 11 February and the theme is ‘Skills for Life’.
We’re proud to provide a range of apprenticeships, including financial audit and data science apprenticeships as an integral part of our workforce.
Audit Wales are delighted to be supporting apprenticeships, which provides a fantastic opportunity for both the employer and the apprentice. The apprentice gains practical skills and experience through on the job learning while studying for a professional qualification. Apprentices bring new thinking and a fresh and diverse perspective to the workplace while offering scope for current staff to develop their coaching skills.
We’ll be using this week to share some stories from our current apprentices on how their finding their journey so far. We’ve also been speaking to one of our apprentices who completed the AAT apprenticeship and has gone on to our graduate trainee programme.
We’ll be sharing blogs, testimonials and a video about our apprenticeships throughout the week, so keep an eye out on our social media channels for more information.
