We all have mental health and it would be nice to think of it simply as being well or unwell, but of course it is not as simple as that. We are on a rollercoaster of ups and downs and on a journey that we didn’t ask to make.
As a result, demand for mental health services is increasing.
Our work on mental health has identified examples of better information sharing, changes to the way services are delivered and how some communities are working to support each other.
