Work at Audit Wales

Be proud of where you work. Enjoy what you do. More information

We want Audit Wales to be a place where people are proud to work and enjoy what they do - an engaged and inclusive environment in which everyone can excel.

As a new employee you will receive a thorough induction programme which is tailored to meet your individual needs to make sure you gain a clear understanding of what’s expected. On your first day you will receive a corporate induction and learn about our policies and procedures, clarifying terms and conditions of employment and our expectations.

You'll complete essential e-learning modules such as health and safety and equality and diversity. There will also be an introduction to the IT systems that you will be using as part of your job. The business area you will be working in will provide you with a bespoke induction tailored to meet your individual needs.
