We’re now recruiting for our new Pathways Trainee Programme.
The programme is a fully funded five-year programme offering an alternative route into accountancy for people looking to start or change their career without going to university.
We have vacancies in two locations, in North Wales based in our Llandudno Junction office and in South Wales based in our Cardiff office.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working with public bodies across Wales, while studying towards the ICAEW Chartered Accountancy (ACA) qualification. Alongside professional training, trainees also develop leadership skills, complete an ILM Level 3 qualification, and benefit from a strong peer support network.
We have a great benefits package, including a generous salary, flexible working, a supportive culture, excellent benefits, and a strong focus on learning and development.
As well as the relevant academic qualifications, we’re looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about the public sector in Wales and want to make a difference to local communities.
The programme is open to applicants who do not hold a degree, with applications welcomed in Welsh or English.
Closing date for applications for our South Wales candidates is 26 May 2026 and North Wales 31 May 2026.
Find out more and apply on our website.
