In 2020-21 we reviewed the resilience and sustainability of services at Snowdonia National Park Authority to provide assurance on how well financial and capacity challenges are being addressed.

This report sets out the conclusions of our review and makes proposals for how resilience and sustainability can be strengthened.

Overall, we found that the Authority responded well in the pandemic but the challenges it faced have highlighted a need to improve its resilience and sustainability in the longer term.
