This review is examining the Welsh Government’s overall strategic approach to delivering its capital and infrastructure ambitions in the context of its Wales Infrastructure Investment Strategy (WISS).
Welsh Government spending on infrastructure investment amounts to several billions pounds a year but recent inflation trends have also eroded its spending power. We will be considering whether the arrangements supporting delivery of the WISS are sound and how well they have been able to adapt to changes in the wider environment.
