The Auditor General for Wales and Future Generations Commissioner have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today
The MoU provides a basis for how the Auditor General for Wales and Future Generations Commissioner for Wales [opens in new window] will cooperate on areas of common interest, and specifically, on their related responsibilities under the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
It demonstrates their commitment to working together in order to set clear expectations of public bodies, maximise the effectiveness of their respective organisations and make best use of their collective resources.
The Auditor General for Wales and Future Generations Commissioner are also currently developing a coordinated work programme that will deliver the intentions set out in the MoU.
