The Role

At Audit Wales, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. As an HR Partner, you’ll will provide both a strategic input and hands on generalist HR services to employees of Audit Wales. You will help to deliver our Strategic Workforce Plan, support our employees, be involved in cross functional projects and provide constructive challenge to key stakeholders across the organisation.

You

You will be an experienced, resilient and proactive Partner who has an excellent understanding of all areas of HR policy, legislative requirements and best practice. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. You will be curious and keen to learn and develop yourself and others.
