  • Our Annual Plan, which was published on 1 April 2021, set out the steps we were intending to take in 2021-22 towards achieving our organisational ambitions and strategic objectives.

    What we’ve done since April

Our Interim Report provides a summary of how we’re delivering or progressing our plans.

The COVID-19 pandemic has continued to cause interruptions to our on-site audit work, but we have been able to manage the position by adopting flexible working arrangements, extending deadlines and continuing to work and engage remotely with the public bodies that we audit.

Over the last six months, we have continued to closely monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and operate in accordance with guidance issued by the Welsh Government. We have gradually increased the numbers of staff that may attend an office through such a prioritised return, but most people continue to carry out the majority of their work remotely from home.
