We set out to answer the question ‘Do governance arrangements relating to the planning service demonstrate proper arrangements to secure value for money in the use of its resources?
We did this by exploring the following questions:
What we found: the Planning Service has actions clearly aligned to the corporate well-being objectives and a supportive working culture but there are gaps in governance arrangements making some procedures unclear.
