More about this event

The landscape for public service delivery is changing rapidly, and the need for public services to work in partnership to deliver services in a more collaborative and integrated way is now vital.

But there are significant challenges that come with multi-agency working to deliver services in different ways to achieve what is needed, including re-shaping and re-focusing existing services, resources and practices to achieve shared citizen-focused outcomes.

This event will be based around a scenario and will provide a practical walk through of how public services can successfully work together to achieve a common goal – to identify and reduce vulnerability within local communities.

By being immersed in a realistic environment, delegates experience the decision-making process in real time so that you are actively engaged and can more clearly understand the complex issues involved.

After participating in this event, delegates will benefit from improved skills and knowledge to assist them in providing the necessary day-to-day leadership, governance and accountability needed for effective public services partnerships.
